-Concerns:  Rock found in right front and left corners

-Estimated rock breaking required (2-3 Days at $325 per hour)  

-Break and removal of rock required approx. $6000-$9000 which includes breakage and removal if required.

All finishing's are of Medium to High Grade!  Given strict budget concerns, clients will need to be aware that cost per square foot may increase if all areas are kept at this finishing level!   (Total per square cost would increase to have majority of these elements in all rooms).
